We set up your Xero chart of accounts to separate media spend passthrough from your actual agency revenue. This means your P&L reflects your true gross profit rather than inflating revenue with money that is just passing through.

We work exclusively with Xero. All plans include a Xero subscription and Apron for receipt capture. If you are on a different platform, we will handle the migration for you.

We aim to have your monthly reconciliation completed within 10 working days of the month end. You will receive your management reports shortly after, so you are never more than a few weeks behind.
