Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Alto Accounting Ltd's ("Alto," "we," "our," or "us") website and accounting services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Alto Accounting provides strategic accounting services to UK-based marketing and creative agencies, including:

  • Monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Cash flow forecasting and financial planning
  • Tax compliance and filing services
  • Business advisory and growth support
  • Financial analysis and insights

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete financial information
  • Maintain proper records and documentation
  • Respond promptly to requests for information
  • Pay fees in accordance with agreed terms
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Notify us of any material changes to your business

Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on the scope of services provided and are outlined in our service agreement. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Monthly fees are due within 14 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and financial data. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law or professional regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Losses arising from client's failure to provide accurate information
  • Losses exceeding the total fees paid for the relevant service period

Professional Standards

Alto Accounting is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and adheres to their professional standards and ethical guidelines. We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by our professional body.

Termination

Either party may terminate our services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • We will return client records within 30 days
  • Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
  • We will assist with the transfer of services to another accountant

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes to Terms
