Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Alto Accounting Ltd's (“Alto,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website and accounting services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Services
Alto Accounting provides strategic accounting services to UK-based marketing and creative agencies, including:
- Monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Cash flow forecasting and financial planning
- Tax compliance and filing services
- Business advisory and growth support
- Financial analysis and insights
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial information
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Respond promptly to requests for information
- Pay fees in accordance with agreed terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Notify us of any material changes to your business
Fees and Payment
Our fees are based on the scope of services provided and are outlined in our service agreement. Payment terms are as follows:
- Monthly fees are due within 14 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
- All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and financial data. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law or professional regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Losses arising from client's failure to provide accurate information
- Losses exceeding the total fees paid for the relevant service period
Professional Standards
Alto Accounting is a member of professional accounting bodies and adheres to professional standards and ethical guidelines. We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by our professional body.
Cross-Border and UAE-Related Services
Alto Accounting Ltd is regulated by ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) for UK accounting and tax services only. ACCA does not regulate UAE tax matters.
Where we provide information or guidance relating to UAE tax, business structures, or regulatory matters, this is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute regulated UAE tax or legal advice.
For UAE-specific compliance requirements (including UAE corporate tax filings, VAT returns, free zone licensing, and economic substance reporting), we coordinate with licensed local partners in the UAE. Alto Accounting Ltd does not directly provide UAE-regulated tax or advisory services.
Our direct services cover UK tax compliance, including:
- Statutory Residence Test (SRT) tracking and documentation
- UK Self-Assessment tax returns for non-residents
- HMRC liaison and correspondence
- UK company compliance (Corporation Tax, annual accounts)
- UK rental income reporting under the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme
- UK Capital Gains Tax planning
Clients requiring UAE-specific tax advice should ensure they also engage a suitably qualified and licensed UAE tax adviser. Alto Accounting Ltd accepts no liability for UAE-specific tax outcomes or decisions made based on general information provided on our website or in our communications.
Termination
Either party may terminate our services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- We will return client records within 30 days
- Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
- We will assist with the transfer of services to another accountant
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
